Deck Cleaning & Staining
Deck rejuvenation is one of Panoramic’s specialties. Depending on the customer’s requirements and the deck material; i.e., wood, Trex, composite, or other, the cleaning process varies. Each job is different and the power wash company must be able to advise as to the chemical to be used, the extent of cleaning and/or sanding, and the type of stain. We strive to optimize price, aesthetics, protection, and longevity when rejuvenating your deck.
With wood decks, we use a professional cleaner and brightener which will not discolor or harm the wood. It restores the natural color and will not harm grass or shrubs. Also, we prefer a brush/roller application of stains and paints in lieu of spraying to optimize coverage and protection.
We continually research the stains and sealers offered by manufacturers and select those that afford the best combination of color retention, wood protection, and value. Consumer Report magazine is one of our references. Value-added annual or bi-annual maintenance is also offered.
